10% Profit Improvement Guarantee — Clarification
Our Business Health Checkup is designed to identify and quantify opportunities that, when properly implemented, are capable of producing a minimum 10% improvement in profit within 90 days- after full deployment..
This guarantee applies to the accuracy and usefulness of the diagnostic and recommendations, not to results that are outside of our control.
To qualify for the guarantee:
- The client must provide complete, accurate, and timely information in all required diagnostic questionnaires.
- The business must have a minimum annual revenue of $500,000, or meet the eligibility criteria agreed in writing prior to commencement.
- The client must implement the recommended actions within the 90-day period, either internally or with external support.
- No material changes may occur during the 90-day period that would reasonably affect performance (e.g., ownership changes, major market disruption, product withdrawal, or force majeure events).
If, after 90 days, the client has fully implemented the recommendations and can reasonably demonstrate that the identified opportunities were not capable of producing a 10% profit improvement, the Business Health Checkup fee will be refunded in full.
This guarantee does not apply where recommendations are partially implemented, delayed, materially altered, or not acted upon.
